Every KOAH piece comes with 90 days of protection from the day it is delivered. Not sure about it? Send it back for free. Something wrong with it? We fix it at no cost.
Two kinds of protection, both 90 days
- Free returns: you changed your mind or the piece is not for you. Return it unworn, in its original packaging, and get a full refund. Return shipping is free in the US. See our return policy.
- Defect guarantee: the piece has a manufacturing defect. It does not matter if you have worn it, that is exactly what the guarantee is for.
What the guarantee covers
- A stone that falls out or comes loose from its setting
- A clasp, link or closure that breaks or stops working under normal use
- Plating that peels or wears through to the base metal
- Discoloration or tarnishing caused by a material fault
- A broken cord, knot or connector on our cord bracelets
What it does not cover
- Normal wear over time, such as light surface scratches
- Damage from impact, accidents, or pulling and snagging
- Damage from chemicals, perfume, chlorine, salt water or extreme heat (see our jewelry care guide)
- Loss or theft
- Pieces that have been altered, resized or repaired by someone else
How to use it
- Email support@koahbrand.com with your order number and one photo of the problem.
- We reply within 24 business hours. No ticket queue, no photos from three angles.
- If the issue is covered, we send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the piece, we repair it or send you a new one.
The guarantee applies to the original buyer and to pieces bought directly from koahbrand.com.
