Will the plating fade or turn my skin green?
Plating does wear over time, that's true of any plated piece, not just ours. What causes the green or grey tint people worry about is when a thin coating wears through to a reactive base metal like brass, and that base metal reacts with sweat. Our pieces start with 925 sterling silver, not brass, and use 2.5 micron plating, thick enough that it holds its color instead of exposing the metal underneath.
What's the actual difference between your gold plating and the $15 gold-plated stuff on Amazon?
Honestly, most of it comes down to thickness, and most brands don't disclose it. Anything under about 1 micron is closer to gold-colored paint, it wears off in weeks. Ours is 2.5 microns, applied over solid 925 silver rather than brass or a mystery alloy. We list the spec on every product page so you're not guessing.
Does sterling silver tarnish?
Yes, that's real chemistry (sulfur in the air reacting with the silver), not a flaw in the piece. It happens to all sterling silver eventually. Our pieces are rhodium-plated on top of the silver, which is what keeps that tarnish from reaching the surface.
What are the pieces made of?
Our jewelry is crafted in 925 sterling silver with 18k gold plating or black rhodium finish, depending on the model. All materials are certified, built for daily wear and free of nickel. Nothing that peels, stains or disappoints after the first week.
Are the pieces resistant to daily use, water, sweat and the gym?
Yes. KOAH pieces are developed for real routines, not display cases. We recommend avoiding prolonged contact with strong chemicals such as direct perfume and chlorine to preserve the plating over time. Beyond that, water, sweat and constant wear will not compromise the piece.

You have 90 days from delivery to return your piece. To be accepted, it must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and sent with your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email support@koahbrand.com with your order number and the piece you want to return. We reply within 24 business hours. US customers receive a prepaid return label by email. Please do not send anything before we confirm your return, packages sent without approval cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
United States: free, we send you a prepaid label. Outside the US: return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the piece arrived damaged, defective or we sent the wrong item, in which case it is on us.
Damaged or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us right away with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items

Exchanges

Refunds
